What is it about your brain leaking out through your nose (aka a cold) that makes thinking so damn hard? I've had three fic files open on my computer all day, and I haven't touched any of them. It's DECEMBER DAMNIT, these fics needs to be FINISHED ALREADY. *head desk*

I have just realised I've written about 40 points more fic than I actually need for the Big Bang.

I FAIL. HUGELY.

So I think I should probably finish it all, and then go through and work out what the weaker bits are so that I can switch them out. I might de-point the icons also, because while some of them are pretty, they're not great - I've never been an artist.

*Ponders which bits of fic to withdraw*

So yeah, after being spotted oggling another fandom, my beta for the epic I'm supposed to be writing while I write this note (see introductory note), told me this:

THOU SHALT NOT ABSORB NEW FANDOMS LIKE SOME FIC-SPONGE OF DOOM

Which made me lol. Mightily. And then write the fic anyway. Sorry...?
